There have been many questions from the community in regards to World Anvil’s latest Forging Worlds Competition with Tale Foundry. To help clarify some of these details, here is an elaborated set of rules and guidelines.
- Everyone can take part in this challenge as long as they have a World Anvil account.
- You can use your preexisting world or create a new one.
- The total of the work submitted for this competition should not be higher than 6000 words.
- Only prompts described on the competition page will be read. Any other articles linked to these prompts outside of the competition will not be read. Thus, consider what critical information they need about your world and try to make it fit within one of the eligible prompts.
- If you have a world introduction try to fit it under the Generic Article OR write a sidebar to give the most basic points about your world.
- You may use articles that were created before the date of the competition’s start date (Sunday August 12th). However, the amount of words added to the article during the competition must be significantly greater than its state beforehand.
- For determining the winner, Chloe will be reading through the eligible top picks decided by community vote (likes).
We want the rules to be clear so you can be confident in your chance to win! Make sure to dot your i’s, cross your t’s, and share your world to get those likes!
