The World Anvil Worldbuilding Awards (WAWA for short) is the yearly event where we look for some of the most amazing worldbuilding you can find on World Anvil! The first adjudication round has ended, and we have selected the nominees for each category. Now is the time for YOU to select your favorites and choose the winners!
How do the Awards work?
If you need a refresher, here’s a quick timeline of the Worldbuilding Awards:
- Submission: From February 7th to March 1st, many Anvilites submitted their work to the various categories.
- Nominee adjudication: From March 2nd to March 21st, the World Anvil Team chose five nominees for each category.
- Winner adjudication: From March 21st to April 5th, the community will choose the winners for each non-major category, and a panel of external judges will choose the winners for each major category.
- Awards ceremony: On April 18th, the winners of the Awards will be revealed!
