Flowers are an important part of the ecosystem and for this flash challenge, we want you to write about a species of pollinators in your world.
“If the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, then man would have only four years of life left. No more bees, no more pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more man.”
―
There are several different species of pollinators in our world. Birds, bats, butterflies, moths, flies, beetles, wasps, small mammals,, bees and some plants even pollinate themselves!
How is it done in your world? Do fairies do it? Cyborgs? Is it a magical occurrence? Do flowers walk and pollinate each other that way? The possibilities are endless.
RULES

Question: Does it have to be a pollinator? What about spore bearing plants which do not necessitate pollinators? Can we discuss the distribution mechanics instead?
I appreciate I’m probably being pedantic here, but I just realised a flaw in my own article at this point and wanted to check!
I enjoyed participating in this challenge. And so here is my article.

If the plants pollinate themselves then they are the pollinating species. 🙂
Yep, you can write about the distribution mechanics. Write about the information that fits the best in your world. <3
